I have decided to move on from this blog.
1) I cant make any template changes and it pisses me off. It's so 2012 me.
2) Moving into quarter life crisis and I need change in my life.

Tonight, a terrible event happened. I just want to thank my lucky stars/powerful forces at work for just sustaining a cut on my forehead after this crazy crash occurred.

Gonna be much more careful with blind spots.

And my 12 day getaway has come to an end. It had been fun while it lasted. Too bad I found out that the return flight from Dubai has a 1h 15min layover in Colombo. Honestly, why must that happen? The later direct flight lands even earlier!!! I hate this right now.

Before I start, I shall start 'titling' my post so that it is easier for me to share links or whatever nonsense blah blah blah.

This week has been a really pamper week for me, thanks to my ever so awesome parents (whom I owe tons of money after I graduate).

As some of my friends would have known, I dropped my 18 month old baby on the floor. Baby meaning my S4. And the internal display screen cracked. So I went to the Samsung shop and they tried to rip $240 to replace the screen. After much help from my future-brother-in-law, I managed to get a new S5 for $299 because he held a piece when the stock came in for me. Awesome guy tbh.

And some of my friends would also know that my laptop have been suffering from much hardware issues. So at the recent IT fair, I managed to replace my laptop. Got a new Asus X555L for $1199. I am not a computer person so I shall spare you guys the mambo-jumbo specs and whatever because I don't understand them too.

In short, it's new gadgets week.

But the price I had to pay was to dislocate my shoulder, after 4 years of recovery. That feeling really sucks because it's like you work so hard for something and in a blink, all that effort is wasted. Back to physiotherapy again. Ew.

But nothing is coming between me and my shows. Survivor has been good and I am rooting for Jon, woohoo~

I just came back from watching BIGHERO6 and it was AWESOME!

*spoilers alert*

Love how it touches the heart with all the emotional scenes (despite being fully predictable); the elder brother dying and leaving that video for Hiro to see, Baymax not making it back through the transporter; and the friendship between the 5 of them! Loved it to bits!

Probably the best animation I watched since forever.

I am going to do a short update of my life.

Woohoo! Finally! At last!

FYP has been sucking my life out of my body. Soon you will see a lifeless zombie walking around. Reminds me of those Akuma in DGrayMan.

How I wish I could just quit school and be a challenge producer for Survivor. That would be awesome!

And I have not been exactly great in the field of love. Probably the worst decision maker ever and I hope I am not doing the wrong thing.

Season Recap

Previously on Survivor, 20 individuals entered the islands of Samoa in the South Pacific to have a shot at winning the million dollars.

They participated in various challenges in an attempt to win reward and the hidden immunity clue along with it,

Siying: "This is huge! I am keeping it to myself definitely."

Timothy: "Oh man, this is great!"

Ruth: "Looks like this idol is going to be mine."

and immunity,

"Torrent wins immunity! Zephyr, I have a date with you at Tribal Council tonight."

"Priscilla wins individual immunity, safe from tonight's vote and a spot in the Final 8!"

They battled against the elements,

Jenyun: "I'm so cold, can this godforsaken storm end?"

Jezabel: "I am freezing! I hope the people in the other camp is in worse conditions."

and each other,

Baowen: "One of you just step down to be honest."
Timothy: "How can I be sure that everyone doesn't vote me if I step down?"

Alliances were formed quickly,

Hanwei: "Let's form an alliance of guys and pull Lisa with us to get rid of the weaker girls."

and shattered as quickly,

"First person voted out of Survivor: Heroes vs Villains, Hanwei"

Ruth, undeniably the strongest woman this season. Always in a majority, she faced her first setback when her closest alliance member, Hexun, got taken out by an idol. Finding an idol herself, she used it to stabilize her position in the game and reconnected with her alliance members after the merge. However, finding herself on the bottom of the totem pole in her alliance, Ruth executed one of the most pivotal moves in the game, sending the queen of the island, Jenyun, home. Will she continue to dominate and cruise to a win? 

Siying, started out as the weakling of the tribe, managed to pull a huge blindside on Hanwei and played an idol to ensure her safety early on. Capitalizing on the tribe swap, she formed a new alliance and made herself safe up till the merge. Winning one individual immunity challenge, Siying tried to stir the tribe against the majority alliance, causing them to break apart and have most of their members sent home. Will she get soar into the Final 3 and win the game?

Baowen, possibly the most successful floater, managed to enter the Final 5 with the least blood on her hands. She is never in the zone of who is getting voted out. But she managed to infiltrate to the core of every alliance, keeping her alive until now. Anyone who forms an alliance with her almost gets voted out immediately, yet she remains unscathed. Will the undying spirit in her help her enter the Final 3 and win the jury's votes?

Priscilla, the most polarizing player in this game. She pulled off countless ruthless moves, breaking and re-bridging alliances to secure herself in the Final 3. Playing an idol to save her closest ally, Siaun, her initial alliance turned on her and voted him out. Orchestrating a pivotal move to save herself, she took out the biggest brain in the game, Pohchoon. At the merge, Priscilla cut loose her "new" closest ally, Timothy, to save her idol and gave her an additional 6 days in the game. Will this venomous woman triumph against the rest despite her cutthroat moves?

Zhenyang, the lone ranger left in the army of woman. He has been in a majority alliance the whole game, until now. He was the brawns to Jianhong's brains, taking out many social threats in their way. He managed to win a couple of individual immunity to keep himself safe, and watched his whole alliance decimated by idols and blindsides. Will his charisma save him from being eaten up by the black widows and enter the Final 3 successfully?

Tonight is the season finale. 5 teams remain, who will be voted out next? And who will overcome all odds to emerge victorious as the winner of Survivor?


Night 36

Zhenyang: *confessionals* I was really shocked that Jenyun got blindsided. I think that Ruth definitely flipped and I think it's my best interest to reconnect my relationship with her.

Baowen: *confessionals* Not again. I wonder why did Ruth flip? Siying and Priscilla are sly foxes! They should be sent home!

Priscilla: *confessionals* Oh my god! This is like the best day ever! The annoying self-proclaimed queen is gone and I'm still here! Right now, my best bet is to stick with Siying and Ruth and try to get into the Final 3.

Ruth: *confessionals* Voting out Jenyun is probably my best shot to appeal to the jury. Initially, I just wanted to force a tie to scare Jenyun, but apparently, they split the vote. Too bad for them and yippee for me!

Siying: *confessionals* I am so happy that I survived! This is going into my book of close shaves. Right now, I am feeling really confident because I still have my idol. It's going to be my ticket into the Final 4. I am thinking that either myself or Priscilla should win the immunity challenge, and my idol can be used on the other person. Win-win situation!

Zhenyang: Ruth, why did you do that?
Ruth: She refuse to listen to me and take out Baowen. This was our best chance because we would still have a 3-2 advantage over Siying and Priscilla, but she wouldn't listen.
Zhenyang: Urgh, you are going to be the death of me.
Ruth: She is going to take Baowen to the finals because Baowen is the perfect goat.
Zhenyang: I guess so.
Ruth: In that case, let's trust each other and go to the finals with Baowen.
Zhenyang: That's probably what we have left now.


Day 37

Yixuan: "Come on in guys!"

*Zephrent tribe walking in*

Yixuan: Are you ready to get to today's immunity challenge?
Castaways: Yes
Yixuan: First things first, Zhenyang I will take back the necklace.

Yixuan: For today's challenge, you will balance ceramic dishes on a long wobbly balancing arm. The more dishes you stack, the harder it is to keep it stable. When your dishes fall, you are out of the challenge. The last person standing wins Immunity and a one in four shot at the million dollars. Get to your spot.

*castaways get into position*

Yixuan: Alright everyone, we are starting with a large plate. Once you put the plate, you have 3 seconds to let go. Okay everyone doing great. Now you have to put the medium plate. And now the small plate. 3 plates in and everyone is still stable, the challenge is about to begin now. Put a large plate next. Everyone being very careful. You don't want to drop your plates now, immunity is important. Now put a soup bowl. It's getting difficult to balance with all the varying sizes and shape.

*9 dishes in*

Yixuan: Your tenth dish is the teacup. It is really small so stacking anything above it will need strategy. Your next item is the large plate again. How are you going to balance it on top? Baowen really wobbly. Siying shaking a little. Ruth and Zhenyang not moving. Priscilla is showing signs of aching. Baowen's dishes came crashing down. Baowen is out of the challenge. Your twelfth item is the soup bowl. It will be difficult to balance this on the previous small items. Siying's dishes came crashing down, she's out of the challenge. It's down to Priscilla, Zhenyang and Ruth.

*15 dishes in*

Yixuan: Your sixteenth item is a small plate. Priscilla's pile shaking violently. Can she recover? She can't! And her dishes came crashing down. It's down to Ruth and Zhenyang once again. This scene has always been repeating. Both of them are struggling a little. The dishes pile is getting heavy and the weather is really hot out here. Your seventeenth item is the soup bowl. How are you going to place the soup bowl on the small plate? That's the trick. Ruth's bowl is slightly tilted. Zhenyang's pile is getting slanted. It looks like this is going to be the showdown. Zhenyang making a bold move and a nice recovery! Ruth tries to salvage her situation, and her dishes dropped! Ruth is out of the challenge. ZHENYANG WINS IMMUNITY!

Zhenyang: Yes!

Yixuan: Zhenyang, come on over.
*puts immunity necklace on Zhenyang*
Yixuan: With that, Zhenyang is safe from the vote and wins a spot in the Final 4. And for the rest of you, tribal council tonight and one of your dreams will end on Day 37. Grab your stuff and head out, spend the rest of the day to figure out who it's going to be.

Zephrent Camp

Siying: *confessionals* We came back to camp with the worst results that could have been. Zhenyang won immunity, so I can't lobby for his boot. Which means one of us girls have to go. I am thinking of getting rid of Ruth because she is such a strong competitor, but Baowen is going to be a great target for bitter votes. Help!

Priscilla: *confessionals: I think that there is going to a really exciting vote happening tonight. Because Ruth is going to side back with Zhenyang and Baowen is going to just follow them. Which means me and Siying are in danger again. Time to scramble.

Priscilla: I hope that you are not going to write my name down tonight.
Zhenyang: I don't know. I feel that Siying is a bigger threat.
Priscilla: Yes, I think so too. I am prepared to cut her loose and head forward with you. I am still open for the Final Tribal Council deal with you.
Zhenyang: I suppose going to the end with you is my best option right now too.
Priscilla: So I hope you can keep me around and vote Siying out this time.
Zhenyang: I am definitely in on the idea.

Zhenyang: *confessionals* Priscilla suddenly seems to be a great candidate to bring to the Final Tribal Council because she has been burning bridges to keep herself alive.

Siying: I am hoping that you will consider keeping me around.
Ruth: I really want to get rid of Baowen. But she is never going to beat us in challenges.
Siying: I know right. And Priscilla will not win because she pissed off so many jury members.
Ruth: Which means voting you tonight is the best option for me.
Siying: What? You are kidding right?
Ruth: Yeah, I will go talk to Zhenyang about it.
Siying: Please keep me around.

Siying: *confessionals* I am trying my best to scramble so that they wouldn't suspect that I still have an idol. Imagine the shock on the faces when I play it tonight.

Ruth: So what are you guys doing tonight?
Zhenyang: I say Siying. She's the biggest threat to us right now.
Baowen: Yeah, and she's really sly too. She hasn't been talking to me so I guess I am her next target.
Zhenyang: Don't worry. Priscilla is with us this vote. She wants to get rid of Siying to ensure her own survival.
Ruth: Oh are you sure?
Zhenyang: Definitely!
Baowen: Great, looks like it's Siying's end of the road.

Siying: Who do you think we should vote? Baowen or Ruth?
Priscilla: I would prefer Ruth to go. She's so strong in challenges.
Siying: I think so too. Keeping Baowen gives us a chance to win the next immunity challenge, while keeping Ruth help us to survive the next vote.
Priscilla: I'm in on whatever you choose.
Siying: Alright, let's just decide on her tonight.

Priscilla: *confessionals* I think Siying is not suspecting that I am going to turn on her tonight. Please let this work.

Siying: *confessionals* Tonight is the last night to play my idol. So even if I am feeling safe, I am going to play it just in case.


Tribal Council

*Zephrent tribe walking in and sitting down*

Yixuan: Now bringing in members of the jury, Siaun, Pohchoon, Waisin, Jezabel, Timothy, Jianhong and Jenyun, voted out at the previous tribal council*

*Siaun, Pohchoon, Waisin, Jezabel, Timothy, Jianhong and Jenyun walking in*
*Jenyun giving Ruth a glare*

Yixuan: Alright, let's start with Zhenyang. How do you feeling wearing the necklace again tonight? Twice in a row, you are the only man amongst the girls, and twice in a row, you have immunity.

Zhenyang: It's a very good feeling honestly. And this will have to continue on so that I am going to be safe again.

Yixuan: So tell me Priscilla, how is the vote going down tonight?

Priscilla: At this point, everyone is thinking of the end game. Your vote tonight determines tomorrow's immunity challenge and tomorrow's tribal council. And everyone knows it's going to be the last night here. Therefore, tonight's vote is really important.

Yixuan: Ruth, do you think you are in danger tonight?

Ruth: Definitely. I have been doing well in challenges but all I can say if you keep me around, I could try my best to beat Zhenyang again next immunity challenge.

Zhenyang: What? Why me?

Ruth: Zhenyang doesn't really have much enemies on the jury and he has played a good game. So, I don't think anybody would want him around.

Zhenyang: Unbelievable.

Yixuan: So, after your queen left, I see that there are fractures occurring in your alliance. Siying, it must be a good thing to see and hear.

Siying: Of course! Priscilla and I have been at the bottom for far too long. And to witness this, I feel like the fire in me has been relit.

Yixuan: Baowen, where do you stand in all of this?

Baowen: I think that I am always on the outs because I don't know what's happening. And for scrambling people at the bottom, Siying never approaches me.

Siying: I did, but you just brush me off all the time.

Baowen: That's because you didn't ask me to save you, but asking me to betray my alliance!

Ruth: I just feel that at Day 37, all of us are individuals now. There are no more alliances, just people doing what's best for them right now.

Yixuan: Alright, with that it's time to vote. Zhenyang, I assume you are keeping your necklace.
Zhenyang: Of course!
Yixuan: You cannot vote for Zhenyang, everyone else is fair game. Ruth, you are up.


*Ruth voted*
Ruth: You have been a great player but you are definitely a threat to me in the Final Tribal Council. Your moves are the one that sealed your fate, sorry.


*Priscilla voted*
Priscilla: Like I said, it's either you or me. And of course I rather it be you.


*Siying voted*
Siying: No hard feelings. Oh wait, no feelings at all since you have been mean to me.


*Zhenyang voted*
Zhenyang: This is not a playfield for little girls. Go home and play with your dolls.


*Baowen voted*
Baowen: I am so glad that you are finally going home.


Yixuan: I will go tally the votes.

*collects votes*

Yixuan: If anyone has the Hidden Immunity Idol and would like to play it, now would be the time to do so. Tonight will be the last night for you to play the idol.

Siying: Even though I think I should be safe tonight, I would like to play this so that it doesn't get wasted. It would make for an awesome souvenir though.

Baowen: What?

Ruth: Oh god.

Priscilla: You still had an idol?

Siying: Judging from there expressions, all the more this has to be played tonight.

*jury members getting excited*

Yixuan: This is indeed a Hidden Immunity Idol. Any votes cast against Siying will not count. Once the votes are read, the decision is final. Person voted out would be asked to leave the Tribal Council area immediately, I'll read the votes.









First vote, Siying. Does not count.








Second vote, Siying. Does not count.








Third vote, Siying. Does not count.
Siying: What? And I really thought that I was safe.








Fourth vote, Siying. Does not count.
Siying: Priscilla, you too?
Priscilla: Sorry babe.








Sixteenth person voted out of Survivor: Heroes vs Villains and the eighth member of the jury, Baowen.

Baowen: I'm speechless.

Yixuan: Baowen, I'll need you to bring me your torch.

Baowen: This sucks.

Yixuan: Baowen, your tribe has spoken. *extinguishes torch* Time for you to go.

*Baowen walks off and starts to sob*

Yixuan: Tonight is the last night for the idol play, and the idol indeed saved someone. There is one more immunity challenge, and one more tribal council in your way to the Final Tribal Council. Grab your stuff and head back to camp.

Baowen: I totally didn't expect that idol to be played. Siying is really a cunning and sly woman. She's definitely not getting my vote if she makes it to the Final Tribal Council, but I hope she gets voted out next.

Night 37

Siying: *confessionals* I totally didn't expect myself to be receiving all 4 votes. I sure am lucky to have played the idol. Now, I think I have to win the immunity challenge if not I am definitely going home.

Priscilla: *confessionals* So Siying has the idol and didn't inform me about it. What happened to trust?

Zhenyang: *confessionals* What a wild tribal council. Siying suddenly popped up with another idol. Why don't I get any of them?

Ruth: *confessionals* For a moment, I thought I was gone. Thank god Siying voted out Baowen. Looks like no one is safe, even at the Final 4.


Day 38

Ruth: Treemail guys!
Zhenyang: We have to go through a Rites of Passage to honor our fallen comrades. Cool!

Siying: *confessionals* We have to honor all the people who tried to get me out but failed miserably. This makes me feel empowered!


Rites of Passage

Siying: I remember Hanwei being abrasive to me and even trying to get the whole tribe to vote against me. Luckily I had my girls around *hugs Ruth*

Hanwei: Joining Survivor, my biggest downfall is probably this egoistical head of mine. If I had analysed the situation carefully, I might have made it longer.

-celest-

Priscilla: She was a warrior. Despite down in numbers, she still tried her best to stand up against Yuyan and her alliance then.

Celest: My biggest regret is not forming the alliance faster and get control of the game.

-yuyan-

Priscilla: I think that she would definitely make it far if her ploy wasn't discovered by Yanzhi and I.

Yuyan: I loved the game and I loved my moves. It's a pity that my moves got seen through and I got blindsided in the end.

Zhenyang: He was such a nice guy. He would have been a challenge beast if not for Siying's idol.

Erwitt: Being taking out by the idol that early was stupid. Looking back, I had fun on the island and probably should have split the votes then.

Ruth: She's such a cheerful girl who brings positive energy to everyone. It's a pity she can't do challenges well.

Lisa: I think that coming out here made me a lot stronger than before. I learnt how to depend on myself more and proved to myself that failure is one of the paths to success.

Ruth: My bestest pal in the game, even though short-lived. He was always looking out for everyone and ensuring everyone is not suffering.

Hexun: Being on Survivor was my dream. It may have been short, but at least I managed to win some challenges before my exit!

Zhenyang: Shelia was a tough nut to crack. She is always trying her best to put herself ahead of others. It was a pity that we had to get rid of her to ensure our positions in the game.

Shelia: I was in such an awesome position in the game. That is until the swap came and murdered it. I am really proud of how I played this game and I would jump at another offer at it.

Zhenyang: He was such a strategic threat. I remember him trying to cut us off after dealing with us.

Yanzhi: I am a really competitive person and would stop at nothing to win. I guess people saw that as a threat and took the chance to vote me out.

Priscilla: My buddy! He would have stayed longer if I hadn't tried to save him with my idol. I think that was partially why he got out.

Siaun: Playing Survivor helped me to appreciate all the better things in life. Being out on the island, you will understand what's minimalist actually means.

Siying: He is such a scary player! He seem to plotting his next 100 moves every time we talk to him.

Pohchoon: My downfall in this game is that I didn't find any idols. Instead, I had to sit through a few of them being played. One thing I would do differently if I play again would be to try to figure out where everybody's head is at all the time.

Ruth: He's such a funny person! I really liked his jokes and how he always crack people up at their darkest times.

Waisin: I really wanted to win! But the stars aren't aligned for me to do it, nor have I twined enough wires around my head to achieve it. Getting voted out tells me never to trust anybody. Ever.

Zhenyang: Jezabel was a sweetheart. It was really a pity that she got voted out when she tried to play her game and make moves.

Jezabel: I know that making moves is a part of Survivor, but I guess I made the wrong moves at the wrong time. I really learnt a lot about myself and never expected to make the merge. I really enjoyed this experience.

Priscilla: My closest ally definitely. It was really painful to see him go, and not being able to use my idol on him.

Timothy: Playing this game make me realize that the world out there is a cruel one. You can never depend on anybody except for yourself. Losing that immunity challenge was painful, but it allowed me to understand much more about the world.

Zhenyang: My best friend in this game. Also once again, played out by an idol.

Jianhong: One thing I would do differently would be to be more inclusive and not follow Jenyun's ideas too closely. That's probably my biggest mistake this game and I would love to play again.

Ruth: Queen of the island! She was in too much control that it got the better out of her. She needs someone to show her that and I'm glad I was the one.

Jenyun: Survivor is like a chess board. You need to be sure where each piece is headed to ensure your victory. I allowed a piece to stray out of my control and it managed to betray me.

Siying: She was my closest ally at the start! But I don't know what happened to her which cause us to drift apart.

Baowen: I am happy that I got this far in the game, even though I could have gotten further. I would put the blame on Siying for trying to be so sneaky behind my back.

*Priscilla, Ruth, Siying and Zhenyang threw all the collected torches into the fire and watched it burn*


Immunity Challenge

Yixuan: Come on in guys!

*Zephrent tribe walking in*

Yixuan: First things first, Zhenyang I will take back the necklace.

Yixuan: This is your final immunity challenge. Win this and you get a spot in the Final Tribal Council to plead your case to the jury on why you should win. Lose it and you might be the last member of the jury. For today's challenge, you will be competing in a Survivor Maze, blindfolded. Using your fingers to read the series of guide posts, navigate your way to four different stations to collect a corresponding necklace. Then, make your way to the finish in the middle where the immunity necklace will be waiting for you. First person to reach the necklace wins immunity. Get to your spots and we'll get started.

*castaways get into position*

Yixuan: Survivors ready, GO! Everyone running blindly into the maze. Everyone running into posts. Siying finds the first guide post. Ruth finds the first guide post. Priscilla is flailing her hands wildly. Zhenyang moving slow and steady towards a guide post. Ruth moving off to her first necklace. Siying taking her time to analyse the guide posts. Ruth is in the lead and Priscilla is trailing behind.

Yixuan: Ruth gets to her first necklace! Zhenyang gets to his first necklace! It's neck in neck between Zhenyang and Ruth. Siying getting closer to her first necklace. Priscilla finally finding the guide posts. Siying getting to her first necklace. Ruth and Zhenyang moving off to find another guide posts. Priscilla stumbling badly. Siying gets her first necklace and moving off swiftly.

Yixuan: Ruth and Zhenyang finding a second guide post. Siying moving at the borders. Priscilla reaches her first necklace. Zhenyang took an early lead towards the second necklace. Siying reaching another guide post. Ruth trailing Zhenyang. Priscilla moving off to find a guide posts. Siying moving to her second necklace. Zhenyang at his second necklace. It is Zhenyang in the lead, and Siying and Ruth right behind.

Yixuan: Zhenyang collecting his second necklace as Siying develops a small lead over Ruth. Looks like it's not going to be Ruth against Zhenyang now. Priscilla finding the second guide post. Ruth and Siying at the second necklace. Zhenyang moving off to find another guide post, maintaining a small lead on the girls. Siying moves off very quickly. She seem to know where she is headed towards. Ruth is getting a little disoriented.

Yixuan: Siying moving past a guide post and not even using it. She's catching up to Zhenyang who is still finding the third guide post. Priscilla at her second necklace, falling behind. Ruth and Zhenyang at the same guide post and trying to figure out where to go. Siying moving towards her third necklace, acting like she has the map plotted in her mind.

So that's why Siying spent so much time at guide posts, it's paying off now. Priscilla moving towards the third guide post while Ruth and Zhenyang finding their third necklace. Siying at her fourth necklace right now! The challenge looks like it's going to end anytime now.

Yixuan: Ruth taking a small lead over Zhenyang to find the last necklace. Priscilla reaching the third necklace just as they were leaving. Siying has all four necklaces, trying to find the way out. Priscilla: *confessionals* I need to repent to Siying. Hopefully, she doesn't want me out after betraying her.

Priscilla: Siying, I'm really sorry about last tribal council.
Siying: I would be stupid to vote you out this time.
Priscilla: I knew you would say that.
Siying: Ruth and Zhenyang are way bigger threats.
Priscilla: Yeah, so who should we vote tonight?
Siying: No idea. Let's talk to them.

Zhenyang: I really wanted Siying out.
Ruth: Me too! I think the best chance of winning is to go to the end with Priscilla.
Zhenyang: Now what?
Ruth: Do we have a choice?

Zhenyang: *confessionals* I really don't want to vote out Priscilla, but voting out Ruth would make me look like a ungrateful bastard.

Ruth: *confessionals* I am really reluctant to vote Priscilla out because she is obviously not going to win. And going to the end with both Priscilla and Siying increases my chance since both of them have quite a fair amount of enemies.

Priscilla: Are we voting Ruth tonight?
Zhenyang: Definitely. I would rather go to the end with you than her.
Priscilla: That's great. I think I can get Siying to vote for her.

Siying: Ruth, what are your thoughts tonight?
Ruth: Keeping Priscilla is the smartest move to make. But I don't know about Zhenyang honestly.
Siying: Should we force them into a fire making challenge and see who deserves to stay more?
Ruth: We could.
Siying: If that's the case, I will vote Zhenyang and you will vote Priscilla?
Ruth: Sounds good.

Siying: *confessionals* After talking to Ruth, I have a feeling that she wants Priscilla and me to make the Final Tribal Council so she can sweep up more votes. On the other hand, if Ruth and Zhenyang makes Final Tribal Council, their supporters would be halved and my chance of winning would increase!

Ruth: *confessionals* I am counting votes right now. If Zhenyang is on the jury, I would probably get 4 votes from Baowen, Jenyun, Jianhong and him. And if I get one more, and if the jury splits, I would definitely win! Hmm, this is really a headache for me.

Priscilla: *confessionals* I think that going into the Final Tribal Council with Zhenyang is way better than Ruth because Ruth has made much more moves. But what Zhenyang also has his supporters. Why can't there be a Baowen for us to keep?

Zhenyang: *confessionals* I would love to go to the Final 3 with Priscilla. But as a gentleman, I should honour my word to Ruth and deliver it. We shall see how it goes at tribal!

Yixuan: Siying, at day 38, wearing the necklace must definitely be exhilarating.

Siying: Definitely! I remember back in day 1, I was almost bullied out of the game. And at the end, here I am sitting with the necklace.

Yixuan: Tell me, how important is the necklace this tribal council?

Siying: Probably the utmost important thing in the game. It guarantees me a seat in the Final Tribal Council.

Zhenyang: Yes, and that's probably the most important thing that she needs.

Yixuan: Tell me more Zhenyang, last tribal, Siying cancelled all your votes towards her and this tribal, she is sitting there with the necklace. How frustrating it is for you?

Zhenyang: It's really frustrating because I was trying to get her out earlier on but everyone focused too much on Timothy and Priscilla. And it even tipped the scale to Siying, allowing her to use her idol at the most crucial point. And being the only guy left, it feels really bad to not have the necklace.

Yixuan: How about you Ruth? On a scale of 1 - 10, how annoyed are you?

Ruth: 10. Haha! I didn't expect Siying to win that challenge. It has always been Zhenyang and me dominating, and out of nowhere, Siying won a challenge.

Priscilla: And she won the most important one!

Yixuan: Priscilla, how do you think the jury will vote at the Final Tribal Council?

Priscilla: Hopefully, they will vote based on who they think deserves to win, and not vote bitterly.

Yixuan: Would that mean that voting you out is a bad decision?

Priscilla: Definitely! I felt that I have burnt bridges with all the jury members and I am only here because I played the idol and continued to burn bridges.

Yixuan: What about you Ruth?

Ruth: I think that some jury will have a little bitterness and Priscilla could be a very good vote dump for them.

Yixuan: Zhenyang?

Zhenyang: I still feel that we should vote based on who deserves to stay more. After all, everyone here made moves. Everyone here pissed the jury off.

Priscilla: But you didn't piss anyone off.

Zhenyang: That's not the point! The point is we should keep the best 3 to move on into the Final 3!

Yixuan: With that, it's time to vote, Siying, I doubt you are giving away your necklace.

Zhenyang: This is such a waste! I really thought that I had laid my connections enough to make it into the Final Tribal Council. Looks like the tribe of black widows don't want a male presence amongst them. I really hope that either Ruth or Siying would win because they are probably the most deserving right now.

Episode 12 Recap

Previously on Survivor, Timothy was spared after playing his hidden immunity idol and the majority alliance took out one of the biggest flipper in the game, Jezabel. With his time in the game counting down, Timothy played hard at the immunity challenge. When he was given a chance to step down to win chocolate cake for the tribe, he continued to stay on the perch to win immunity. In the end, he lost focus while negotiating terms to stay. Back at camp, Priscilla found the re-hidden hidden immunity idol and contemplated using it on her closest ally, Timothy. However, she felt that she would be left vulnerable at the next tribal council still in a minority. At tribal council, Timothy called out the majority alliance for being in control, but it was to no avail as Siying and Priscilla joined them to create an unanimous vote against Timothy, sending him packing as the thirteenth person voted out and the fifth member of the jury.

Then, the castaways went through another immunity challenge back-to-back. Jianhong and Zhenyang dominated the first two parts of the challenge because of strength, but got stumped at the final puzzle portion, and they watched Siying pulling away and clinching her first immunity win. Back at camp, Siying felt invulnerable with the necklace and started to work with Priscilla against the majority alliance. However, her tactics on Baowen and Ruth got leaked to Jenyun, who was the queen, and Jenyun was furious that she is starting these small revolutions against her alliance. At tribal council, Ruth and Baowen made it clear that they are going to move forward with people they are comfortable with and are not risking anything for Priscilla. In the end, Priscilla, pulled out her hidden immunity idol to cancel out 5 votes cast against her. In the end, Siying and Priscilla got their way as their only 2 votes send the most powerful player, Jianhong, out of the game as the fourteenth person voted out and the sixth member of the jury.

Night 33

Priscilla: *confessionals* That felt awesome! I think Siying and I are now tighter than before and we have a better chance of staying in this!

Jenyun: *confessionals* I am so furious right now. Priscilla kept an idol and used it to blindside my closest ally. This calls for war.

Zhenyang: *confessionals* To be honest, I was quite glad that it was Jianhong leaving and not me. I am definitely not sitting in the Final 3 with Jianhong around because he would definitely sweep up the votes, so I am a little relieved.

Baowen: What happened? Did you know Priscilla had the idol?
Siying: Yeah, she sort of told me right before tribal.
Baowen: And you didn't tell me?
Siying: I tried to get you to flip but you wouldn't listen.
Baowen: Luckily I wasn't the target, or you are definitely not getting my vote.

Baowen: *confessionals* Right now, I am not going to believe anything that sly Siying says. She has been playing with my feelings and trust for a long time and I am not sure if I still know who she is.

Siying: *confessionals* I feel that Baowen and I are losing that connection. This is bad for me. Right now, I need to work Ruth over so that Priscilla and I can still stay around without me having to use my idol.

Ruth: *confessionals* So one of us got blindsided. I am a little happy because that increased my chance to sit in the final 3. And there is no blood on my hands! Good job to the girls!


Day 34

Ruth: *confessionals* So this morning, Siying and I went to collect treemail, and you guessed it, she tried to convince me to flip again.

Siying: Ruth, Jenyun's Final 3 doesn't have you. You are her 4th from the very beginning.
Ruth: Yeah, I sort of knew. I was planning to win the final immunity challenge anyways.
Siying: And you sitting next to them will not do you good.
Ruth: But it's better than sitting next to Priscilla when all of her allies are on the jury.
Siying: Look, Jenyun played a huge strategic game. She would want you gone and bring Zhenyang and Baowen, now that Jianhong is gone. You are not in her consideration.
Ruth: I will give it some thought.

Siying: *confessionals* I am trying my hardest to turn Ruth against Jenyun so that I can keep my idol for next tribal council. Also partially because they have 4 and they can split the votes now. If I use the idol on myself, Priscilla would definitely be voted out at the revote. And next tribal council, I would be left with nothing to fend for myself. So hopefully, I can win immunity or Ruth can flip to our side to cause some damage.

Ruth: Look what's in treemail!
Siying: It's a SPRINT phone! LOVED ONE VISIT!

Baowen: *confessionals* I almost cried when I saw my brother on the phone. It's like a dream come true.

Yixuan: Everyone to a quick start. Zhenyang with a small lead over the girls. Being the only guy left is definitely advantageous. Water splashing all around! No one catching a lot of water. It takes practice. There is a steep learning curve. Everyone throwing their water again! Jenyun's father with a nice catch. Siying's brother with a nice catch. Zhenyang's friend catching almost a whole bucket. They are pulling away. Jenyun is right behind! Baowen's toss is not strong enough. Her brother is getting annoyed. Priscilla slowing down! Ruth's mother is slowing things down for their team! Right now it's Jenyun and Zhenyang fighting for the lead.

Yixuan: Siying not far behind! A very nice catch by her brother, this could help make up a lot of ground. Zhenyang's friend misses the entire bucket! It's going to cost them some time! Jenyun steadily supplying water to her dad! They are halfway there! Siying right behind! They are not giving up! Baowen and Priscilla slowly falling out of it. Zhenyang with a disastrous toss. All the water got flung to Jenyun's father! Jenyun's father taking to opportunity to catch the water to extend their lead! Ruth trying to catch up desperately but her mother couldn't keep up! Siying with a great toss and working well with her brother. It looks like Jenyun and Siying are almost done! Jenyun with another toss. Her father catching most of it! Great teamwork there! Is that enough? Jenyun's dad filling the bucket and it overflows! JENYUN WINS REWARD!

Jenyun: I have Ruth with us as a 4th but she doesn't know it. She thinks she is in the Final 3 with us.
Zhenyang: I think having Ruth in the Final 3 will be really disadvantageous for us.
Baowen: Yeah, I don't trust Siying anymore. She has been really sneaky these few days. I don't even know what to believe now.

Jenyun: *confessionals* My only reason for picking Baowen over Ruth for the reward is to offer her the final 3. And it seems like she has fallen out with Siying. Best timing for me ever.

Ruth: *confessionals* I was really bummed that Jenyun chose Baowen over me for the reward. And that really sucks! I thought we were really tight but apparently not.

Siying: *confessionals* Jenyun picked Baowen instead of Ruth for the reward. I was like "YES! This is my chance to work my magic!"

Siying: I told you that you are their 4th.
Ruth: I know. But I still don't trust Priscilla.
Siying: You just have to trust me. When you are in the Final 3 with us, who cares about trusting Priscilla?
Ruth: Priscilla has 5 friends on the jury, are you sure you want to go there with her?
Siying: Well, I am definitely not going there with Jenyun.
Ruth: Why?
Siying: She is too scheming and she is a strategic threat. No way am I going to pit myself against her.
Ruth: You have a point though.
Siying: Trust me. I will get Priscilla to vote our way. In the case of a final 2, I will definitely bring you along.
Ruth: I really need time to consider.

Jenyun: We are solid for Final 3 right?
Ruth: Yeah. But why didn't you bring me for the reward?
Jenyun: I needed to gain the trust of Baowen so that she will vote with us to the Final 4!
Ruth: How do I know that it's true?
Jenyun: You can go ask Zhenyang if you don't trust me.
Ruth: Alright, alright. I believe you.

Jenyun: *confessionals* I was offended when Ruth tried to interrogate me. I mean if you don't trust me, you have more to lose because I would not hesitate to kick you off this tribe. I am Queen Jen, don't forget.

Ruth: *confessionals* I am a little wary of what Jenyun is telling me. But I guess it's better to go with her than to go with Priscilla.

Siying: How's the reward?
Baowen: It's good. At least I don't have to listen to your lies.
Siying: Look, Jenyun is trying to get into your head.
Baowen: At least she hasn't lied to me and she is truthful to me.
Siying: She is going to dispose you at 4th, can't you see?
Baowen: Nope, I am going to the Final 3 with her. You are the one who is going to be dumped.

Yixuan: Come on in guys!

*Zephrent tribe walking in*

Yixuan: First things first, Siying, I will take back the necklace.

Yixuan: For today's challenge, you will be competing with your arms stretched out. Using the tops of your hands, hold two poles against an overhead board. If you lower your hands slightly, the poles will drop and you will be out of the challenge. Last person left standing wins Immunity and a spot in the Final Five. Get to your spots.

Yixuan: Survivors, ready? GO! And the challenge is on its way.

Yixuan: This is a very simple concept challenge. You just have to keep your arms there. Once you slacken, your poles will drop. And you will lose immunity. Think about it, immunity is very important right now, there is only 6 of you. Baowen stumbling a little. Jenyun drops her poles, she's out of the challenge. Baowen drops her poles too, she is out of the challenge. Zhenyang, Priscilla, Siying and Ruth fighting it out.

*3 minutes elapsed*

Yixuan: This is a mentally and physically draining challenge. The longer you are at it, the harder you need to dig deep. Priscilla giving up and drops the poles, she is out of the challenge! 3 people left! Zhenyang against 2 girls.

*5 minutes elapsed*

Yixuan: Siying dropping out of the challenge by throwing her poles on the floor. She is starting to rotate her arms to get blood flow back. 5 minutes in and we are down to 2. Ruth and Zhenyang, this rivalry is becoming like a broken record. Who will win immunity?

*10 minutes elapsed*

Yixuan: No one showing any signs of weakness. No one wants to give up immunity at this stage. Immunity is the only thing that can keep you safe right now.

*15 minutes elapsed*

Yixuan: Zhenyang trying to stretch his arms. He has been in this position for 15 minutes and the lack of blood flow is getting uncomfortable. Ruth wobbling a little. Zhenyang in trouble, his poles moving to the edge of the board. Ruth is trembling to keep her poles intact. This is going to be a very close showdown. Zhenyang's poles are less than half an inch away! Can he hold on long enough? Ruth's drops her right hand all of a sudden and her poles falls off! ZHENYANG WINS IMMUNITY!

*Zhenyang thrusts his hands into the sky*

Yixuan: Zhenyang, come on over.
*puts immunity necklace on Zhenyang*
Yixuan: Zhenyang is safe from tonight's vote and guaranteed a spot in the Final 5. As for the rest of you, your dream is going to end after 36 days. Grab your stuff and head back to camp, you have the afternoon to figure it out.

Ruth: *confessionals* I really wanted to win immunity so that I could at least try to use it to dictate where the votes should go. But right now, I think my best bet now is to follow Jenyun's vote.


Zephrent Camp

Siying: *confessionals* Getting back to camp, I know Priscilla and myself are at the bottom. So I made no hesitation to work on Ruth and even Zhenyang.

Siying: Ruth, how about you flip and vote with us? At least cause a tie so that we have a chance to fight and stay in this game.
Ruth: I really don't know girls. I haven't had the time to talk to Jenyun and to be honest, I am afraid that I might be the vote tonight.
Siying: Priscilla and I won't vote for you if you help us definitely.
Ruth: Let me talk to Jenyun before I come to my decision.

Zhenyang: So it's Siying tonight?
Baowen: Do you think it's safer to split the vote?
Jenyun: I am not too sure, we didn't find any clue at the reward. Do you think another idol could be hidden?
Baowen: Siying could have found it earlier on, like back in Zephyr.
Zhenyang: That's likely.
Jenyun: Alright then, Zhenyang and I will vote for Siying. Baowen, you are Ruth will vote for Priscilla. I will go tell Ruth.

Jenyun: *confessionals* After the immunity challenge, Baowen got paranoid that Siying has the idol. And so, for safety considerations, we are splitting the vote tonight. I want to make it such that their opinions are heard so that they won't backstab me for no reason.

Ruth: I think we should vote out Baowen tonight. Think about it, she is a jury threat. And after this, we can still have a majority of 3 over Siying and Priscilla.
Jenyun: I don't think so. She is weak at challenges. We can beat her!
Ruth: But I think Zhenyang and I can continue to cling on to immunity necklaces.
Jenyun: I still feel that it's a risky move to take out Baowen now.
Ruth: Alright. So we are voting for Priscilla?

Jenyun: *confessionals* I didn't want Ruth to know that we are splitting in case she might entertain other thoughts in her mind. And I didn't want her to get too uncomfortable.

Ruth: *confessionals* I am starting to get really uneasy that Jenyun is refusing to get rid of Baowen. And with Zhenyang hogging immunity necklaces, it will be difficult for me to win too. What should I do?

Priscilla: Zhenyang, do you think you are safe all the way to the Final 3? After all, it's all girls right now.
Zhenyang: To be honest, no. That's why I will be going on an immunity run all the way to the Final 3.
Priscilla: Make your life easier and vote with us. Get rid of Jenyun and I will even go to the Final 2 with you.
Zhenyang: You've got to be kidding me. You kept your idol to save yourself instead of Timothy, why would I trust someone like you?

Ruth: Well, you win some, you lose some. Zhenyang is a strong player and it really take a lot out of me to beat him.

Zhenyang: And Ruth is agile too. I remember her beating me in the ropes challenge sometime back.

Yixuan: Baowen, looking at this, what can you say about the rivalry?

Baowen: I think it's a good thing I guess. If they feel threatened by each other, they would vote each other out and I can sneak past it unnoticed.

Yixuan: Exactly. Jenyun, you haven't been the strongest in challenges as well. What do you make of it?

Jenyun: I feel that as long as my alliance stays strong and focused to complete what we are supposed to do. We will all be fine.

Priscilla: But that would mean that Siying and I won't be fine.

Yixuan: How important are alliances this late into the game?

Jenyun: They are huge. Without the immunity necklace, they are the next big thing in this game.

Siying: But someone in that massive alliance is going to end up getting 4th. And would have been 5th, if Priscilla hadn't played her idol.

Baowen: Alliances are built on trust. You cannot expect people to follow you if they don't trust you.

Siying: Well, then prepared to get 4th place.

Priscilla: Siying and I are just two people. Anyone can join us to go into the Final 3, instead of staying in their current 4th place. So, if the 4th place to realize this fact, they should be jumping over in a heartbeat.

Yixuan: Wow. Jenyun, worried that it might be you tonight?

Jenyun: I have faith in my alliance. So no.

Yixuan: Baowen?

Baowen: A little. Ever since this argument sparked between me and Siying, I think that she has been trying to get me out.

Siying: You think too highly of yourself.

Yixuan: Alright, with that it's time to vote. Zhenyang, are you keeping your necklace?
Zhenyang: After this crazy scene, definitely.

Yixuan: I think it's safe to say that someone felt unsafe at the bottom and decided to make a move to better his or her position. Grab your stuff head back to camp.

Jenyun: I think my biggest mistake is to not listen to Ruth more. I definitely think that she is the one who flipped and I think that Siying really did a good job capitalizing on my mistake. Kudos to you. I am really proud of myself for making this far and orchestrating so many good moves.

Episode 11 Recap

Previously on Survivor, Timothy and Priscilla found themselves at the bottom of the pecking order when their ally, Waisin, got blinsided by Ruth and Siying. On the other hand, Baowen continues to be kept in the dark by her closest ally, Siying, and it made her rethink what should her next step be. At the reward challenge, Jianhong made a blunder, which allowed for the red team of Timothy, Priscilla and Siying to go for reward. At the reward, Siying and Priscilla knew that an idol clue would be hidden and set out finding it, while Timothy just basked in the sun with an idol in his pocket. Siying lucked out finding it in the kitchen, while Priscilla continues to overturn the toilet to find nothing. Back at camp, Jezabel got on Jenyun's nerves by initiating an all female alliance, while Jenyun refuses to dump the boys in her current alliance. At the immunity challenge, the wind picked up, toppling many of the card structure. In the end, it was a close fight between Priscilla and Jezabel, leading to Priscilla with the win. Left with nowhere to go, Timothy's plan was to pull the idol at tribal. However, Jenyun and her alliance started to cook up a plot to blindside Jezabel once and for all. At tribal council, Baowen blurted that she didnt want to be kept in the dark and mentioned that Timothy is on the chopping block, which made Timothy more certain to play his idol. When the votes were read, Timothy played the idol which left a smug face on Jenyun. With Timothy votes nullified, it came down to Jianhong and Jezabel tied 3-3. In the end, Siying cast the deciding vote against Jezabel, sealing her fate as the twelfth person voted out and the fourth member of the jury.

Night 30

Baowen (confessionals): Once again, I have no idea what happened. This is really bad for my gameplay!

Siying (confessionals): I was really shocked that Timothy has the idol! Thank goodness he didnt find the clue during reward. Now that he played the idol, one more idol is probably going to be rehidden again. I have to find it.

Jianhong (confessionals): That was scary! I really thought I was going home tonight. I think that Ruth and Siying voted Jezabel which kept me in the game. Sorry to say that, but they are going to live to regret that decision.

Ruth: That was one crazy hell of a tribal council.
Priscilla: I want to know why are there votes split against Jezabel? Shouldn't it be between Jianhong and Timothy only?
Ruth: It's probably the 3 of them again.
Siying: I am starting to think that I made the wrong choice. They are a really strong trio
Priscilla: We have to try to break their dominance! Look, Timothy and I are probably at the lowest in this tribe right now with nowhere to go. You can totally use our votes to break them apart.
Ruth: The thing is Timothy is a challenge threat! Much bigger than Zhenyang and Jianhong!
Priscilla: Can we at least take out on of them first?
Siying: I guess so.

Priscilla (confessionals): This is infuriating. Everyone sees the biggest threat but no one is willing to do anything against them!

Jenyun: We did it!
Zhenyang: Right now, we are probably solid up till the Final 5 with Ruth and Siying.
Jianhong: I also think it was them who voted Jezabel.
Zhenyang: I was really shocked by the idol! I didn't think that Timothy has it. He didn't say anything back in Torrent though.
Jianhong: Yeah, good thing is the idol is now no more!

Day 31

Yixuan: Come on in guys!

*Zephrent tribe walking in*

Yixuan: First things first. Did you bring the immunity necklace Priscilla?
Priscilla: Yes.
Yixuan: I will take it back because today, you are not playing for reward, you are playing for immunity.
Castaways: *gasp*
Yixuan: Each of you will stand barefoot on a small wooden perch with an arm raised above your head, and it will be tethered to a bucket of paint. If your hand drops, it will tip the bucket, pouring paint all over you and you will be out of the challenge. Last person standing wins immunity. Let's draw for spots.

*everyone stands on the perch*

Yixuan: Alright, once you are comfortable, remove the stick and the challenge is officially underway.
Priscilla: Grr, I hate endurance challenges.

*1 minute elapsed*

Yixuan: *pushes in trolley with covered contents*
Priscilla: Oh my god! What is that?
Yixuan: If anyone steps down now, *removes cover* you will be rewarded with cookies and milk!
Jenyun: I'm taking it! *bucket of paint overturns on Jenyun*
Yixuan: Jenyun is out of the challenge.
Priscilla: Urgh, I wanted it.
Ruth: Is it nice?
Jenyun: Delicious.

Yixuan: Who wants some donuts and chocolate milk?
Baowen and Priscilla: Me! *bucket of paint overturns*
Yixuan: Baowen and Priscilla out of the challenge, and you guys have to share this.
Priscilla: Why did you step down!!!
Baowen: Why can't you stay longer???

Yixuan: It's been 10 minutes into the challenge. Your arms must be aching, and you must be hungry. Next person who steps down will receive this. *reveals covered item* You will have to come open it yourself.
Siying: I am stepping down. *bucket of paints overturns*
Yixuan: Siying officially out of the challenge. Come over and see what you won.
Siying: *opens cover* THIS IS AWESOME!
Yixuan: Siying won a burger and fries set with a ice cold beer to go along with!
Timothy: Oh god, I really needed that!
Jianhong: Why didn't I step down!
Yixuan: 4 people left. 3 guys against Ruth, the last girl standing.

*20 minutes elapsed*

Yixuan: This item remains covered and will go to the next person with steps down for it.
Zhenyang: I can't take this anymore. Good luck guys. *bucket of paint overturns*
Yixuan: Zhenyang is out of the challenge. Come and see what you have won.
Zhenyang: Burgers please! *opens cover*
Yixuan: Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with strawberry milk!
Zhenyang: Oh well, it's better than nothing.
Yixuan: Ruth still standing strong. Jianhong is adjusting his arm. Timothy stable as a rock.

*30 minutes elapsed*

Yixuan: Okay, this is the last temptation I have for you. *brings in chocolate cake* Chocolate fudge cake for everyone on the bench to share if someone is willing to step down now.
Ruth: Jianhong, are you going to win this?
Jianhong: I am not too sure, but one of us definitely has to win it.
Ruth: Timothy, are you stepping down? It might win you some points and get you off the chopping block tonight.
Timothy: No thanks! I rather have the necklace on my neck.
Yixuan: 5 seconds to decide.
Jianhong: Ruth, can you hold out against him?
Ruth: I should be alright
Jianhong: Fine, have fun guys. *bucket of paint overturns*

Yixuan: Jianhong sacrificing immunity for the tribe to enjoy chocolate cake.
Jianhong: Do I get to eat it too?

Yixuan: Right now, it's down to Timothy and Ruth.

*1 hour elapsed*

Yixuan: One hour into the challenge and both guys are still going strong.
Priscilla: Can we go back to camp and sleep first?
Zhenyang: They look like they can go on forever.
Siying: Wake me up when one of them loses.

*1 hour 30 minutes elapsed*

Timothy: I can't feel my arms.
Ruth: Come on Timothy, just step down.
Baowen: One of you just step down to be honest.
Yixuan: Baowen asking them to give up immunity. Will they listen?
Timothy: How can I be sure that everyone doesn't vote me if I step down?
Baowen: I promise I won't vote for you.
Timothy: The rest?
*at that moment, Timothy lost his balance and fell of the perch*
Timothy: Oh crap! *bucket of pain overturns*
Yixuan: Halfway through the negotiation, Timothy lost his balance and is out of the challenge. That means RUTH WINS IMMUNITY!

Yixuan: Ruth, come on over.
*puts immunity necklace on Ruth*
Yixuan: Ruth is guaranteed a 1 in 7 shot of winning and safe from the vote tonight. As with the rest of you, you have the afternoon to find out who will be going home tonight.

Yixuan: Before you go, I have one last announcement for you. *unrolls parchment* The idol Timothy used last night has been replanted in camp. And it is hidden under a bush on fire. Good luck finding it. Grab your stuff and head out.

Jianhong (confessionals): I was really laughing when Timothy slipped and fell during the negotiation. Too bad man, you are too strong and you are definitely receiving my vote tonight. Now, we just have to keep the idol away from Timothy.

Zephrent Camp

Siying (confessionals): Once we hit the campsite, everyone started the frantic search for the idol. It wouldn't harm me to have 2 idols so I joined in the fun.

Timothy (confessionals): Everyone started looking for the bush on fire once we hit the campsite. And my first instinct was finding any bushes that were burnt down.

Priscilla (confessionals): On the way back to camp, I was decoding the idol clue. And I concluded that it cant be hidden under a burnt bush, so the next alternative is the bush with red leaves.

Zhenyang (confessionals): Back at camp, I thought on fire meant that the bush was drying up so I checked for those bushes far away from the stream and has brown leaves.

Jenyun (confessionals): I am just resting here because I have faith that Jianhong and Zhenyang will find the idol. And as the queen of the tribe, I can probably get them to use it on me if need be. Besides we are so safe right now.

*everyone scrambling to find the idol*

Priscilla: I am pretty sure it's here. *digs under bush* Oh my god! This is huge! *looks around* Nobody is in sight! Lemme tuck this away first.

Jenyun: This idol hunt is silly. If Timothy really finds the idol, so be it. The most we could is to split the vote.
Baowen: I don't think anyone would find the idol. It's so difficult to find!
Jenyun: I know right. Look Timothy is coming back sulking. He sure doe not have the idol.
Baowen: Hahaha yup!

Siying: Okay, I am not so sure about Ruth and her allegiances with the power trio, but I am sure I am not with them.
Priscilla: That's good. I am thinking of probably pulling a fast one on them.
Siying: This tribal doesn't seem to be a good one. And I don't want Timothy around! He is a huge threat!
Priscilla: Let's look at the situation right now. If we vote Timothy out, we are 2 in 7, with me at the bottom.
Siying: I know, but if we don't vote Timothy out, and our plan fails, both of us are at the bottom. Which is way worse!
Priscilla: This is tricky honestly.
Siying: That's why I feel that the best bet is still to get rid of Timothy first.
Priscilla: Oh well.

Ruth: Looks like everyone is voting Timothy tonight.
Jianhong: Yeah, he sealed his fate by not sacrificing for the chocolate cake to be honest.
Ruth: I thought he would you know.
Jianhong: Nah, he is selfish. He won't do such things. That's why I stepped down in the end.
Ruth: Anyway, I was thinking of plans at the Final 4. You wanna work with me to advance into the Final 3?
Jianhong: That's still far away. Why are you talking about that now?
Ruth: I am just worried that if I don't win immunity at the Final 4, I would be out next.
Jianhong: Don't worry, we can also force a tie.

Jianhong (confessionals): I was shocked that Ruth approached the topic regarding the Final 3. Honestly, I am not keen on sitting with her at the Final Tribal Council because she would probably blow the jury away. She played a great game and is a challenge threat too. So we might have to cut her loose once we get our numbers.

Ruth (confessionals): I feel like Jianhong is a great person to bring to the Final Tribal Council just because he has pissed off many jurors. Also, he is a threat and it will look good on me if I choose to sit against a threat. Maybe I should take out Zhenyang when I have the chance. So that I can have a Final 3 of myself, Jianhong and Jenyun.

Timothy: Looks like I am dead tonight.
Priscilla: Yeah, did you find the idol?
Timothy: Nope.
Priscilla: I am trying to convince people to flip as well, but it's really hard.
Timothy: I am going to go out with a bang. Try to rustle as much feathers as I can.
Priscilla: We still have hope. Just try to make people flip at tribal council.
Timothy: It's practically impossible.

Night 31

Yixuan: Now bringing in members of the jury, Siaun, Pohchoon, Waisin and Jezabel, voted out at the last tribal council.

Yixuan: Alright, let's talk about the challenge. Ruth asked Timothy to sacrifice immunity for the chocolate cake, he refused and Jianhong ended up stepping down.

Jianhong: From Torrent days, I feel that Timothy has been rather selfish and likes to keep things to himself, that's probably why he chose to stick to immunity today.

Timothy: It's because I know that once I step down the perch, you guys will write my name down in a heartbeat.

Yixuan: But you still tried to negotiate you way through.

Timothy: That was probably my downfall. I lost focus for that split second and lost balance.

Jenyun: I felt that Timothy should have just stepped down for the chocolate cake. After all, it will give him jury points and perhaps some sympathy points.

Yixuan: Which comes to my next point. You guys made it obvious that Timothy is leaving. Then, he decided to stick it out at the immunity challenge to guarantee his safety. Baowen, what did you think Timothy did wrong?

Baowen: Well, he should have thought for the tribe. I did offer him a negotiation that I won't write his name down tonight, but I feel that he did not believe me.

Timothy: Would you believe a tribe of people who are out to eat you alive? Obviously not.

Yixuan: So who is out to eat you alive?

Timothy: Jianhong, Zhenyang and Jenyun obviously.

Yixuan: Same as last tribal.

Timothy: Definitely. And these people aren't seeing it!

Priscilla: Well, seeing it is one thing, and doing it is another. There is always the lack of people who wants to leave their comfort zone.

Yixuan: Siying, is that true?

Siying: I feel that what Priscilla said last night at tribal was true. We are not playing to get 2nd or 3rd. We are playing to win. And to win, we have to make big moves at the CORRECT time. Note the emphasis on correct. Making the right moves doesn't mean making the reckless moves. And I believe that sometimes, patience do pay off.

Timothy: But not to someone who is running out of time here.

Yixuan: Zhenyang, you are awfully quiet here. Worried that it might be you tonight?

Zhenyang: Definitely. After hearing all these, I am definitely feeling vulnerable because I haven't been talking much to other people other than Jianhong, and if the others decide to make the big move, I am obviously at risk here.

Yixuan: Baowen, you have been lost at the last 4 tribal councils. Will it be the case tonight?

Baowen: I hope not. It really sucks to not know what is happening.

Yixuan: With that, it's time to vote. Ruth, I expect you will be keeping immunity?

Ruth: Yes.

Yixuan: You may not vote for Ruth, everyone else is fair game. Siying, you are up.

Day 33

Yixuan: Come on in guys!

*Zephrent tribe walks in*

Yixuan: First things first, Ruth, I will take back the necklace.
Ruth: Gladly.
Yixuan: Today's immunity challenge will be split into 3 parts. First, you will race to dig up a peg and maneuver through a table maze. The first 5 to complete move on to the second part, where you will be using four individually shaped pegs to climb up a wall. The first 3 to get to the top of the wall will move on to the final part, where you will be solving a slide puzzle. First person to solve the puzzle and reads out the phrase wins immunity, and a guaranteed spot in the Final 6. We'll draw for spots.

Part 1

Yixuan: For immunity, the first 5 to make it through the table maze moves on. Survivors ready, GO!

Yixuan: Everyone digging for their peg. Jianhong and Zhenyang digging faster than the girls. Jianhong found his peg first and is starting on the table maze! Zhenyang right behind! Ruth found her peg! Priscilla found her peg! Siying found her peg! Jenyun and Baowen falling out of this! Jianhong and Zhenyang flying through the table maze! Jenyun found her peg at last! Ruth's peg getting stuck! Jianhong is done with the maze and moves on! We are looking for 4 more spots! Priscilla catching up with Zhenyang! Siying starting to trail behind! Baowen found her peg! You have to hustle Baowen! Zhenyang and Priscilla completes the maze and moves on! We are looking for 2 more spots! Ruth is slowly getting out of this. Baowen is far from catching up! Part 2

Yixuan: We have Jianhong, Zhenyang, Priscilla, Siying and Jenyun doing the challenge. First 3 to make it up the wall moves on. Survivors ready, GO!

Yixuan: Jianhong off to a quick start. It looks like it's Jianhong's challenge to lose! Priscilla fixing the first peg in! Siying analyzing all the pegs first! Jenyun just randomly doing by trial and error! Zhenyang can't seem to solve this puzzle! Jianhong with 2 pegs in! Priscilla and Siying with 1 peg in! Zhenyang and Jenyun have no idea what they are doing! Zhenyang getting the first peg in! Jianhong with 3 pegs in! You have to hustle! Jianhong is first up the wall and moves on! We are looking for 2 more spots! Priscilla slipped and fell! That's a painful fall! Zhenyang catching up with Siying! Siying fixes the last peg in and climbs up to the wall! We are looking for one last spot! Zhenyang and Priscilla trying to figure which slot is meant for their last peg! Jenyun falling out of it totally. Both fixed in their last peg but Zhenyang was quicker to climb up! Zhenyang moves on!

Part 3

Yixuan: We have Jianhong, Siying and Zhenyang fighting it out on a slide puzzle for immunity. Survivors ready, GO!

Siying sliding her pieces around very swiftly! She is visualizing the final product in her mind! Zhenyang moving much slower than Siying, and Jianhong looks like he is completely out of it! Jianhong, you have to hustle and stop stoning! Zhenyang picking up pace! Siying maintained her speed and lead over the boys! Siying managed to get one quarter of it done! Zhenyang getting the hang of it. Jianhong hopelessly falling out of the slide puzzle. Siying completed two-thirds of it in a flash! Zhenyang trying to catch up desperately, getting stuck at the halfway mark! Siying feeling really confident right now, hastening her actions! Zhenyang just staring at her blankly!

Siying (confessionals): I am so happy to win this immunity! Right now, I feel that it's the best time to break the power trio. But I definitely have to work Ruth and Baowen over.

Priscilla (confessionals): Siying winning immunity means that I am most probably going to get the bulk of the votes. However, *pulls out idol* I have this darling here which is going to tide me past tonight's tribal safely.

Priscilla: So Siying, is tonight the night?
Siying: Definitely! I am going to talk to Ruth and Baowen about it right now.
Priscilla: So who should we target? Jianhong or Zhenyang or Jenyun first?
Siying: I am thinking between one of the boys. One of them is a endurance challenge threat, the other is a puzzle challenge threat, and Jenyun is a social threat. All 3 of them are threats!
Priscilla: I am going to talk to them too, to see if they are open to new ideas! I am going to do everything to save myself.

Priscilla (confessionals): I am not sure if I can trust Siying enough to tell her about the idol. I don't want her to be angry because I have an idol and she has to do all those scrambling work.

Siying: Hey, what do you think we stand right now?
Ruth: Honestly speaking, probably 4th and 5th?
Siying: You wanna go with Priscilla? We can possibly make Final 3 with her.
Ruth: And take out Baowen tonight? I don't mind!
Siying: Not really, we can get 4 votes against them!
Ruth: Oh, in that case, we should probably vote for Zhenyang!
Siying: I have to talk to Baowen first.

Ruth (confessionals): That nutcase wants me to risk a Final 2 with Jianhong for Baowen? No way this girl is going with that!

Siying: I'm thinking of breaking up the trio!

Siying: Look, right now, if we get rid of Priscilla, we are next to go!

Baowen: I heard Siying is plotting against you guys!
Jenyun: Are you serious?
Baowen: Yes, and I know I want to go far with you guys. That's why I think we should get rid of Priscilla tonight!
Jenyun: This is bad! I have to tell the boys!
Baowen: Alright, I will keep you updated!

Jenyun (confessionals): I totally feel like a queen bee with all my slaves reporting to me with information. If Siying dare to overthrow me like that, I will make sure she will live to regret it.

Priscilla: How's the talk with them?
Siying: I think they will be voting with us, I hope.
Priscilla: I have something to tell you.
Siying: Yeah?
Priscilla: I found the idol that was replanted. *takes out idol from bra*
Siying: This is awesome! Oh my god!
Priscilla: Yup! So if they don't flip in the end, I am still safe.
Siying: I think you should save it for future tribals!
Priscilla: We will see how.

Tribal Council

*Zephrent tribe walking in and sitting down*

Yixuan: Now bringing in members of the jury, Siaun, Pohchoon, Waisin, Jezabel and Timothy, voted out of the previous tribal council.

Yixuan: I will first talk about the challenge. Jianhong and Zhenyang dominated the front part of the challenge but when it comes to the slide puzzle, both of them failed and Siying managed to win. Jenyun, what's your take on this?

Jenyun: I think that everyone has their forte and it just happened that Siying managed to float to the last round to beat them in puzzles.

Siying: I didn't float to the last round. I got 4th in the first round and 2nd in the second round, beating you both times.

Jianhong: I would like to add that Siying has actually grown alot as compared to Day 1. The girl who argued with Hanwei is not longer here. And in her place, is a warrior who has be playing both the social aspects and the physical aspects of the game well.

Siying: I am flattered.

Yixuan: Wow, strong words there. Baowen, do you agree?

Baowen: Definitely, no one would have expected Siying to win an individual immunity 30 days ago. But right now, she has proven us wrong!

Yixuan: Zhenyang, how frustrating was it to see Siying pulling away?

Zhenyang: I can't do slide puzzles. And to watch Siying sliding them left, right, center, it was painful.

Yixuan: Last tribal council, you guys identified a power group in the tribe. Has that situation changed?

Priscilla: Not at all. Right now, it would be the best chance to overthrow them. We have 4 votes, we can just take out one of them so that all of us have a higher chance to sit in the Final 3!

Jenyun: However, you have to understand that advancing with someone you don't trust will make your future tribal councils even harder.

Yixuan: Both of them have valid points. Ruth, what's your stand?

Ruth: I feel that risking a final 4 for a brand new Final 4 doesn't make sense because after all, it's still a Final 4. I don't see myself advancing forward, and there is a chance that I might even be out before that! I am definitely trying to look for a spot that can further me past the Final 4.

Yixuan: Baowen, do you think that risks should be made in this case?

Baowen: You have to evaluate them. If they are worth it, why not? But of course, every decision you make here will ultimately piss someone off. So, I guess we can only wish for the best.

Yixuan: Priscilla, looking at the jury, there are 5 original Torrent members, worried that it might be you tonight?

Priscilla: It is really apparent that I am next to go. They can't look past their tribal lines and they are probably going to regret their decision of voting me out tonight.

Yixuan: With that, it's time to vote. Siying, I assume you are keeping your necklace?
Siying: Yes.

Yixuan: Congratulations Final 6. From what I see, Jianhong definitely did not see it coming. I will be looking forward to your next Tribal Council. Grab your stuff and head back to camp.

Jianhong: I really didn't expected to be played by an idol. Priscilla is really sneaky and I applaud her playstyle. Keeping the idol for herself and not using it on Timothy. It was a real bummer to go out this way.
