Previously on The Amazing Race, 6 teams of 2 travelled 3200km from Siem Reap, Cambodia to Delhi, India. Along the way, bad cab drivers caused troubles for jack and wahngee, and pohchoon and priscilla. The roadblock proved to be a challenge for yuyan when she does not have any experience with spray painting. On the other hand, buddies yanzhi and hanwei managed to breeze through the ironing detour due to their familiarity with the task, allowing them to check in first. Taxi mistakes soon appeared to be a problem when jack and wahngee could not find the pitstop, allowing the girls to overtake them. However, the father and son were spared elimination as it is the first non-elimination pitstop. 6 teams remain, who will be eliminated next?

yanzhi and hanwei, who were the first to arrive at 8.55pm, will depart at 8.55am.

yanzhi: *rips open clue* Travel to the central park of Deshbandu Apartments.
hanwei: Let's go!

*confessionals*
hanwei: i think we got lucky the last leg because we are familiar with the tasks.
yanzhi: and i hope this luck stays.

baowen: Deshbandu Apartments.
siaun: let's try to stop that cab.

*at Deshbandu Apartments*
*1st team to arrive at Deshbandu Apartments - yanzhi and hanwei*
yanzhi: *rips open clue* roadblock.

A roadblock is a task where only one member may perform. In this roadblock, that member will have to take part in a local festive celebration - the Holi Festival. That team member will have to make their way through a crowd of revelers who are pelting them with powdered dye and water in the festival's tradition. When they reach one of three ladders in the centre of the celebration, they have to climb the ladder and search through hundreds of envelopes marked 'Try Again' to identify one of only six labelled the Amazing Race. This specially marked envelope will contain the next clue.

hanwei: i will do it.
yanzhi: all the best.

*2nd team to arrive at Deshbandu Apartments - siaun and baowen*
baowen: oh a celebration! i will do it!
siaun: be careful dear.

*5 minutes later*

baowen: AHH I FOUND IT!
*1st team to complete roadblock - siaun and baowen*
baowen: you open the clue, i need to wash off the dye.
siaun: *rips open clue* Travel to Old Delhi and find the Charity Birds Hospital, a haven for injured birds, and search through the cages to find the next clue.

hanwei: am i doing this wrongly?

*3rd team to arrive at Deshbandu Apartments - zhenyang and limin*
zhenyang: it looks dangerous. i think i will do it.
limin: jiayou kor!

*4th team to arrive at Deshbandu Apartments - pohchoon and priscilla*
priscilla: i think i should do it.
pohchoon: okay!

*meanwhile on the road*
yuyan: i am guessing this cab driver don't know where he is going.
lisa: booboo! this is stupid! let's change taxi!
yuyan: STOP! we want to get off!
lisa: HELP US! WE ARE BEING ABDUCTED!

*at Deshbandu Apartments*
limin: this is mine! *pulls clue from hanwei*
hanwei: what the?
*2nd team to complete roadblock - zhenyang and limin*
zhenyang: nice job back there!

hanwei: thank god there is another one here.
*3rd team to complete roadblock - yanzhi and hanwei*
hanwei: that limin just placed a target on her back.
yanzhi: we are going to u-turn her for sure.

*5th team to arrive at Deshbandu Apartments - jack and wahngee*
jack: i think i will do it. you might just go blank at all the colours.
wahngee: hurry, we still have a speed bump.

priscilla: is this the correct one?
pohchoon: it says try again.
priscilla: every clue i bring here says that!
pohchoon: let's read the clue again.
priscilla: oh! i am supposed to find one with the clue on it!

*last team to arrive at Deshbandu Apartments - yuyan and lisa*
yuyan: oh no! one envelope left!
lisa: booboo! we are last again!
yuyan: okay i will do this roadblock!

*at Charity Birds Hospital*
siaun: that's the speedbump for jack and wahngee.
boawen: i wish they will be able to overcome it.
siaun: this place is huge! there are so many cages!
baowen: this will take forever laaaaa.

*at Deshbandu Apartments*
jack: great! i found it!
*4th team to complete roadblock - jack and wahngee*
wahngee: i have a feeling the speedbump is ahead.

*confessionals*
wahngee: i was very glad when jack finished the roadblock so quickly. that would buy us some time at the speedbump.

priscilla: i cant seem to find it. these 2 ladders only have try again. and yuyan is on the last ladder. this is so bad. phelps, please give me strength.

yuyan: i think this is it. *pulls out envelope and runs to lisa*
*5th team to complete roadblock - yuyan and lisa*
lisa: booboo! good job! let's get out of here!

*at Charity Birds Hospital*
zhenyang: oh my god. look at the number of cages.
limin: i wonder if siaun and baowen are done with this.

siaun: dear, it's here!
*1st team to find clue - siaun and baowen*
baowen: *rips open clue* Detour.

A detour is a choice between 2 tasks, each with its own pros and cons. In this detour, teams will have to engage in 2 activities which will strain their eyes. The choice, Bleary Eyed or Teary Eyed.

In Bleary Eyed, teams have to go to a street corner to help the Department of Power. From street level, teams will have to follow a power line keeping track of the small number tags that sporadically appear. Then, they have to find a man with a sewing machine and give him the list of numbers. If their listis correct, the man will direct them to a shop across the street where they will plug in a musical Ganesha to receive their next clue.

In Teary Eyed, teams have to make their way to a spice market, pick up two 40-pound bags of dried chillies, and deliver them on foot one quarter mile to Sharwan Kumar and Sons. Then, they have to use a mortar and pestle to make enough chilli powder to fill up a container to the designated line.

siaun: i think we should do bleary eyed.
baowen: okay.

limin: i thought i heard siaun.
zhenyang: me too! i see them!
limin: there's the clue!

zhenyang: bleary eyed?
limin: i think so too.

*at Deshbandu Apartments*
priscilla: i finally found the stupid clue. now we are in last!!
*last team to complete roadblock - pohchoon and priscilla*

*at Charity Birds Hospital*
jack: the speedbump.
wahngee: let's just get it over and done with.

Having being spared elimination from the previous leg, jack and wahngee encounter a Speed Bump, an extra task that only they have to complete. In this Speed Bump, jack and wahngee have to travel to a Sikh temple to take part in a common form of community service by volunteering to serve holy water to the patrons of the temple. Once they quenched the thirst of hundreds of gathering worshippers and there were no more temple-goers desiring water, they would be able to continue on the race, with the hope of making up this valuable lost time.

jack: let's go quickly.
wahngee: yanzhi and hanwei just pulled up. we are quite ahead.

yanzhi: okay, let's go find that clue.
hanwei: i hope we dont get eliminated because of stupid mistakes here and there.

*at Bleary Eyed detour*
siaun: i see the tags! the first one is 48.
baowen: i see them too!

zhenyang: i am quite confused. there are so many numbers around.
limin: i think that's it! 11!

*at Charity Birds Hospital*
yuyan: okay, let's find the clue quickly.
lisa: go booboo!

yanzhi: hanwei! i found it!
*3rd team to find clue - yanzhi and hanwei*
hanwei: it's a detour. i can't stand chilli. let's do bleary eyed.

lisa: i thought i heard someone.
yuyan: there's yanzhi and hanwei over there. why are they squatting down?
lisa: oh! i see the clue!
*4th team to find clue - yuyan and lisa*
yuyan: let's do teary eyed. you saw how messy the street were.
lisa: ya lor! let's do it.

*at Sikh temple*
jack: it's the first time i am doing something religious. so i am actually trying to soak up the feeling and emotions.
wahngee: i think to these worshippers, what we are doing is considered sacred so i don't dare to do it in a slipshod manner.

*at Bleary Eyed detour*
zhenyang: is the number 11, .....?
sewing machine man: no.
limin: crap.
zhenyang: what number are we looking for?

siaun: is the number 48, .....?
sewing machine man: yes. *points to a shop*
baowen: oh my god! you were great dear!
siaun: we have to plug this thing in and ta da!
*1st team to complete detour - siaun and baowen*
siaun: *rips open clue* Travel to the next pit stop, Humayun's tomb. This 16th century collection of mausoleums commerating past emperors is the 7th pit stop in the race around the world. The last team to check in, will be eliminated.
baowen: let's go!!

limin: they completed it.
zhenyang: damn. what numbers are we looking for?

*on the road*
yanzhi: the traffic is killing me.
hanwei: argh. this sucks.

pohchoon: why are we always having bad luck with cabs?
priscilla: chill. we will get through this.

*at Teary Eyed detour*
yuyan: thank goodness our driver did not drive into the city centre. if not we will be stuck at the jam.
lisa: yup! okay. this chilli is heavy.
yuyan: oh my god. i think we should just drag it.

*at Sikh Temple*
jack: are we done?
temple keeper: yes.
*jack and wahngee completed speed bump*
wahngee: okay, let's go back to the bird hospital.
jack: goodness, look at the traffic jam.
wahngee: this is ridiculous.

*at Humayun's Tomb* (jen is the pit stop greeter again!)
jen: welcome to Delhi, India.
siaun & baowen: thank you.
yixuan: siaun and baowen, you are team number 1!
baowen: AHH! YES!
siaun: we totally rocked!
yixuan: as the winners of this leg of the race, you have won a trip for 2 to Kauai, Hawaii, which you can enjoy after the race.
siaun: awesome!
baowen: i've never been to hawaii!
siaun: we can go there sometime after the race.
baowen: yay!!

siaun: i think baowen and i are working very well together and i know that our performance will just keep getting better.
baowen: i think that our relationship is also getting stronger by the moment and i will definitely cherish it.

pohchoon: we are finally here.
priscilla: there's a speedbump. i wonder if jack and wahngee have already done that.
pohchoon: let's just find the clue.

priscilla: let's do the chilli. i don't want to be caught in the traffic again.
pohchoon: alright.

yuyan: let's start grinding chilli booboo!
lisa: yes booboo! this is fun!

zhenyang: is this the list of numbers?
sewing machine man: no.
limin: argh. this is frustrating. want to change detours?
zhenyang: i don't know. *looks up into the sky* i think i see it!
limin: here comes yanzhi and hanwei. don't tell them anything.

yanzhi: oh my god. there are so many numbers. i don't know where to start.
hanwei: there is the siblings. don't speak to them.
yanzhi: but what if they already finished the detour
hanwei: ignore them for what they did at the roadblock.

jack: i found the clue.

yuyan: yeah! we are done!

lisa: it can't be true!
yixuan: yes it's true.
lisa: ahh! booboo we rock!
yuyan: booboo!

jen: welcome to Delhi, India.
limin: thank you.

zhenyang: give it to us.
yixuan: you are team number 3!
zhenyang: i thought we were like dead spending so much time at the detour.
limin: 3rd is good.

jack: are those the numbers we need to collect?
wahngee: well, the clue says small tags right?

yanzhi: i think i see the tags. it's those small ones.
hanwei: that's great. now i will copy down the numbers while you say.

*at Teary Eyed Detour*
pohchoon: okay, i think we have enough.
priscilla: we went over the line! waste my strength.

jack: yea?
yixuan: you are team number 5!
wahngee: yes!
jack: holy crap! that was so close!
yixuan: yanzhi and hanwei, that makes you the last team to arrive. i'm sorry to tell you that you have been eliminated from the race.
hanwei: it was a bad leg.
yanzhi: and the first footrace we lost.
hanwei: but never mind. we had fun!
yanzhi: and hanwei has been a wonderful support and partner!
hanwei: it's too bad we have to make such an early exit.
